1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and using our travel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings made through HNZ Travels are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, full payment or a specified deposit is required as per the booking terms. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payments are not received by the due date.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund amounts depend on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of individual third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, etc.). Any applicable transaction fees or non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the refund.

4. Travel Documentation and Insurance

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess a valid passport, required visa approvals, and health certifications for their destination. HNZ Travels is not liable for travel denials caused by incorrect or missing documentation. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Limitation of Liability

HNZ Travels acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport companies. We are not responsible for injuries, delays, accidents, loss of baggage, or damage caused by defaults, negligence, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
